Was I little sick for the last three days. Spent most of my time in bed. I got up for short periods, just to let people in the house that I was still in the land of the living.
I have also been looking at some energy drinks. I work most of my time at the computer, but I feel a little tired as the night creeps up on me. I took some 5-Hour Energy
So, today was the first workout in three days. I managed to finish it with no mishap.
I am working on a routine for the Wii Fit Strength section. I used to weight lift and I am very familiar with sets. I want to work on a seven day routine for the just Wii Fit. Most of the comments that I have read about Wii Fit is what kind of exercise rountine to follow. You can not use Wii Fit for circuit training, ie for boxing, it takes too long to go from one exercise to the other it breaks up the aerobics routine. You would have to do 3 to 6 sets of each exercise with the least amount of break in between sets, say 30 to 60 seconds between set. That tires out the muscles fast, as well as the person. It is also the best way to burn the calories.
