I Have Been Doing My Fitness on Schedule.

I have been working out regularily. I have not missed any work out days. I am looking forward to the spring. I will be can not wait till I get my bicycle. I will be working that into the routine, because I love being outdoors.
I have found that Wii Sports has a training aspect to their game. I have been boxing and then I will switch over to this boxing training to finish off my workout. It is a very nice way to finish off my boxing routine. I will do this for about 45 minutes - it works up a very nice sweat!

I have been continuing with my Slim-fast Optima Ready To Drink, French Vanilla, 11-Ounce Cans . I still have to weigh myself. I have not been very good at weighing myself on a regular basis.

This week I will be working on Wii Fit routine with the strength routines. I will start out with three reps per exercise, just to see how long it takes me to complete the routines. I want to see if I will be able to do them all within 45 minutes.
