The Struggles of Losing Weight

It is so much easier to put on weight, than take it off. It always amazes me how, even when I look at food I seem to put on a pound or two. Actually, now that the spring is here I am outside more often. I am currently setting up a workshop, so that should get me out of the house more often. It is so nice to get outside for a change.

Ok, I have shoot a couple of videos for Gold's Gym Cardio Workout and I should have these up shortly within the next couple of days. It should be helpful. I hope to shoot a couple of videos tomorrow with our Polaroid i1035 10 Megapixel Digital Camera with 3-inch LCD Display. This is an excellent little camera. I am beginning to really appreciate these small little digital cameras - I now have four of them! I don't throw them away, they are all good for something.

Gold's Gym Cardio - One Man's Story

Until, I do my video for Gold's Gym Cardio, here is an excellent video, that will tell you what a great exercising game Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. This game has virtually replaced Wii Sports - Boxing in my exercise routine. I do not believe that Wii Sports - Boxing was recording all my punches, while Gold's Gym Cardio Workout seems more than capable of recording all the punches. I have used this game 3 times and my shoulders and arms were sore the next day, and I always worked up a real sweat playing this game.

Gold's Gym Cardio Workout is a Great Workout

I finally got the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout it sure beats the heck out of Wii Sports Boxing. I lke the fact that you can use two wii remotes. It is also able to pick up all of the punches via the sensor. I have had a couple of good workouts with the game.

I really like Gold's Gym Cardio Workout and I would suggest that if you are using Wii Sports Boxing for your work out, get a hold of Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. It will also give you the approxiamate number of calories you have burned, once you get past the basic workout. This is so nice to know.

I wrote four articles about riding a bicycle to work. I will give you the addresses as soon as they are published.

Wii Fit Started the Exercising. Now We have a Stepper

It took almost a year, but somebody has finally come up with a Wii Riiser Aerobic Step for the Wii Fit Balance Board This attachment should be coming out on April 25th. I will probably be grabbing the Wii Riiser Aerobic Step for the Wii Fit Balance Board to help with the aerobics.
I have put in my order for the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. The reviews for this are all positive. I still believe that boxing is one of the best exercises. So this should be a lot of fun. I will do the Wii Fit jogging and then 20 to 30 minutes of Gold's Gym Cardio Workout to finish off my exercise.

Below is a Wii Fit Video I put out about 7 months ago.

Gold's Gym Cardio Workout

So, I wanted to wait a couple of days until some people had time to rate Gold's Gym Cardio Workout before I purchased it. On average it had a rating of 4/5 which I think is good enough rating to buy. It has some good boxing exercises in Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. This will replace Wii Sports, which provided me with a good workout, but seemed to have problems with "real boxing", just like it had problems with "real golfing". Don King's Boxing seems to be a little bit of a let down so far. It is amazing that Don King Boxing had so much time to get their act in gear, but it seems to be a disappointment.

I am still waiting for EA Sports Active I am hoping that this game turns out to be as good as it is hyped up to be. For the most part Electronic Arts spends a good amount of time on their games, and they are generally of excellent quality. EA Sports Active should prove to be worth the wait.

I was dumb enough to lend out my Active Life Outdoor Challenge, her family is having so much fun with it, they are forgetting to give it back to me. Everybody that uses Active Life Outdoor Challenge
ends up buying it. It is a lot of fun for the kids and good exercise for the adults.
